Kiely Lavery, RDN, LDN
NUTRITIONIST
Kiely Lavery is a Certified Registered Nutritionist, who has joined Agave to promote an integrated care model, where existing patients have access to the education and guidance around food choices to promote health.
Formerly, she worked at Canyon Ranch Resort in her field, and brings years of experience and enthusiasm to her role with Agave.
Jennifer B, MA
CLINICAL SUPERVISOR
Jennifer serves as the Clinical Supervisor at Agave Family Medicine and is often one of the first friendly faces patients meet when they have clinical questions, come in for laboratory services, or prepare for a visit with one of our providers. As a Certified Medical Assistant and skilled phlebotomist, she is committed to helping patients feel comfortable, informed, and well cared for throughout their experience.
Outside of the office, Jennifer enjoys spending time with her son and staying active at the gym. She is passionate about healthcare and looks forward to continuing her education and growing her career in the medical field.
Menivy S, MA
MEDICAL ASSISTANT
Menivy joined Agave Family Medicine after successfully completing her medical assistant externship through PMI. She now works closely with Dr. Harrel as her Medical Assistant, helping support patients throughout their visits and ensuring they receive attentive, compassionate care.
Menivy is experienced in blood draws and enjoys helping patients feel comfortable during laboratory services and clinical procedures. She values the relationships she has built with our patients and is proud to serve the Agave community.

FRONT OFFICE MANAGER
Renee is our front office assistant - scheduling patients, handling phone calls, and working on other important administrative office tasks.
She enjoys greeting you with a smile and kindness when you come to the office or are making a call to us.
Leah A
MEDICAL ASSISTANT
Leah works closely with Dr. Suhale as his Medical Assistant, helping patients feel welcomed, comfortable, and supported throughout their visits. She assists with patient care, prepares patients for their appointments, and helps ensure communication between patients and their care team runs smoothly.
Leah enjoys building relationships with patients and takes pride in helping create a positive and caring experience for everyone who visits Agave Family Medicine.
